Initiation of Collaboration between the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences and ASEA
Denpasar, Thursday, February 13, 2025 - The initiation of cooperation between the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences and ASEA has taken place. This meeting was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Prof. Dra. Ni Luh Watiniasih, M.Sc., Ph.D., Coordinator of the Informatics Undergraduate Study Program, Coordinator of the Informatics Masters Study Program, Head of UPIKS, Informatics Student Supervisor Lecturer, PIC MBKM. ASEA was represented by Mr. Shimokaya Ryo.
At this meeting, it was discussed that ASEA wants to recruit IT graduate students to be able to work in companies in Japan. IT workers in Japan will use a special visa, namely a special skilled engineering visa. Students who have graduated and want to work in Japan will get full cover from the recruiting company. The processing of documents for students who will be recruited will be assisted by ASEA. Interviews will be conducted online between students who will work and the companies that will recruit. The collaboration will begin by conducting socialization from ASEA to students so that students get information about the recruitment of IT workers.
