Information on Payment of Tuition Fees & Academic Leave for Even Semester of Academic Year 2025/2026


Udayana University informs all students that tuition fee (UKT) payments for the even semester of the 2025/2026 academic year will be made from February 2–20, 2026, via ATM/Internet Banking/Teller using the virtual account number selected by the bank in the UKT Payment menu in the SIMAK application.
Important Information:
- Applications for academic leave must be submitted online through simak-ng.unud.ac.id no later than February 20, 2026, with tiered approval according to regulations.
- Students who have passed their final project exams may be exempted from paying UKT, provided that the final project documents have been uploaded and validated in SIMAK by February 26, 2026, at 4:00 PM WITA (Central Indonesian Time).
- Students who fail to make payment and do not apply for leave by the deadline will be declared inactive.
- There will be no refund of UKT for the current semester.
- A student's status is declared active after UKT and KRS payments have been validated by the Academic Advisor (PA) through SIMAK IMISSU.
