Info ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE 173RD UDAYANA UNIVERSITY GRADUATION PERIOD

Udayana University announces the 173rd Academic Graduation Ceremony, which will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. WITA (Central Indonesian Time) on the Jimbaran Campus.

For students who have completed all graduation requirements, here is an important schedule to note:

Graduation Period:

October 2025 Period: October 1–30, 2025 (decided date: October 31, 2025)

November 2025 Period: November 3–27, 2025 (decided date: November 28, 2025)

Registration for the Graduation and Graduation Ceremony is available online through SIMAK-NG at https://imissu.unud.ac.id.

Prospective graduates are required to upload a passport-sized photo with a red background (600x800 pixels, max. 150 kb) and ensure their personal data is formatted correctly.

Graduation Fee: IDR 1,550,000

(Free for Diploma and Bachelor's degree graduates with UKT system)

Graduation Rehearsal Schedule:

Friday, December 19, 2025, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM WITA

Invitations can be picked up at the west tent of the Widya Sabha Building and gowns at the east ticket counter of the Widya Sabha Building after the rehearsal.
