Scholarship registration for outstanding students with superior personalities from the A&A Rachmat Foundation/PT. Adaro Indonesia. Active students of Udayana University from the faculties of Engineering, Medicine, Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Agriculture, and Marine & Fisheries.

Registration is open from April 25, 2025 until the latest submission of files is May 30, 2025.

Registration and submission of files are carried out at each faculty and BKM Udayana University. To support outstanding students from marginal income families to be able to continue their studies with the help of scholarship funds. Through filling out forms, collecting required documents, and selection by the A&A Rachmat Foundation/PT. Adaro Indonesia.

Faculty Quota:

- Engineering: 10 quotas

- Medicine: 8 quotas

- Mathematics and Natural Sciences: 5 quotas

- Agriculture: 4 quotas

- Marine & Fisheries: 3 quotas

General Requirements:

- Indonesian students

- Fields of study: D4 & S1 (Engineering, Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Agriculture, Fisheries, Forestry, Medicine), D3 (Polytechnic/Academy)

- Minimum semester: D3 (III-VI), D4/S1 (III-VIII)

- Minimum GPA: D4 & S1 (3.00), D3 (2.85)

- Come from a marginal income family (proof of income certificate from parents/sub-district)

- Not currently receiving a scholarship from another institution

Special Requirements:

- New application: minimum semester III/IV, fill out the form, attach income certificate from parents/sub-district

- Extension: minimum semester IV/V, fill out form, attach the latest legalized KHS

- Supporting documents: certificate of not/currently receiving a scholarship, letter of award (1-2 sheets), legalized KHS

Scholarship Nominal:

- IDR 850,000,- per month, paid quarterly in advance

- Period: August 2025 - July 2026
