Important Announcement Information for KIP Scholarship Recipients at Udayana University

In connection with the re-determination of KIP Kuliah Scholarship recipients for the odd semester of 2025/2026, students are required to evaluate their academic achievements and the economic conditions of their parents/guardians through the monitoring and evaluation (monev) system in SIMAK.

Filling Time: July 7 - July 31, 2025

Students who do not fill out the evaluation questionnaire are considered to have withdrawn because they do not meet the target accuracy requirements.

Requirements for filling out monev:

1. Attach proof of combined income for June/July from parents/guardians with company legality.

2. If parents/guardians do not work in the formal sector, they can attach a certificate of average income legalized by regional officials.

3. If parents do not work, attach a certificate legalized by regional officials.

4. Attach a Family Card.

5. Attach a certificate of university-level activities (if any).

Please pay attention and complete your data immediately so that the scholarship can continue to be active. This information is part of the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Higher Education Program at Udayana University.
