(IKM) FMIPA UNUD Quarter -1 January-March 2025

The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences of Udayana University is proud to announce the results of the Community Satisfaction Index (CSI) in Quarter 1 of 2024-2025. The CSI results showed a score of 78.23 in Quarter 1 of the previous year, increasing significantly to 90.24 and stable in the range of 88-91 in the following period, indicating a consistent increase in service quality.

The CSI assessment covers various aspects of service such as Service Presentation, Service Procedures, and other aspects that we continue to improve for the satisfaction of the community and academic community.

We invite all students and the community to continue to provide input through our official channels so that the services of FMIPA UNUD are increasingly optimal.
