IICMA 2025 Coordination Meeting: Thorough Preparations for the International Hybrid Conference

Bukit Jimbaran, Friday, September 12, 2025 – The Mathematics Study Program, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University hosted the 2025 IICMA (International and Interdisciplinary Conference on Mathematics and Its Applications) Coordination Meeting. This meeting took place on Friday, September 12, 2025, in the Senate Meeting Room, 1st Floor, Bukit Jimbaran Campus, Badung, Bali.

The meeting, which began at 10:00 a.m. WITA (Central Indonesian Time), was attended by the President of IndoMS, Prof. Drs. Dafik, M.Sc, Ph.D.

(University of Jember, Jember), the Governor of IndoMS Bali Nusra, Prof. Dr. Sutarto, S.Pd., M.Pd. (Mandalika University of Education, West Nusa Tenggara), and the team. This meeting marked a significant milestone in unifying the vision and strategy for the successful implementation of IICMA 2025, which will be held as a hybrid event.

The coordination meeting comprehensively discussed the event's preparations, from technical and logistical requirements and event structure to participant and catering estimates. With this coordination meeting, the entire organizing committee expressed its commitment to ensuring the success of IICMA 2025 as an international scientific event that not only strengthens academic networks but also elevates Bali's cultural and hospitality image globally.
