Hearing related to the Second Level Domain (SLD) of Balinese script by the Internet Domain Name Manager (PANDI) to the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University.

On October 31, 2022, at the UNUD FMIPA Meeting Room

The Moderator of the Audience (Cokorda Rai Adi Pramartha, S.T., M.M., Ph.D) in his presentation, he explained that PANDI had collaborated with UNUD at the Faculty of Cultural Sciences, UNUD. Because now the digital world, PANDI wants cooperation and we at FMIPA UNUD really want cooperation. He also welcomed PANDI with a welcome to FMIPA UNUD.

Dean of FMIPA (Dra. Ni Luh Watiniasih, M.Sc., Ph.D) In his direction, he thanked the fathers and mothers of PANDI for visiting FMIPA UNUD. He really supports the program from PANDI, about this script. Because we at UNUD really support the culture in Indonesia, especially Bali. He hopes that in the future this collaboration can be improved even better. And it can be continued.

Internet Domain Name Manager (PANDI) (Prof. Yudho Giri Sucahyo, Ph.D) In his presentation, he thanked the Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences and his staff. We have often been to UNUD, especially we are here for digitization, we have explored the scripts that exist in the archipelago. The most developed ones are Balinese script, Javanese script and Sundanese script. Our long-term goal is that we in Indonesia can be massive in using our own Indonesian script. Like in Japan and China. He explained that the Faculty of Cultural Sciences UNUD has the potential to develop this script, if there is a problem with digitizing the script, then FMIPA UNUD has a great opportunity to develop this script. He said that it was very good that the Faculty of Cultural Sciences UNUD and FMIPA UNUD could work with us at PANDI. He thanked FMIPA for the involvement of the cokorda, especially for the characters.

PANDI and FMIPA UNUD have agreed to cooperate, so that they will proceed to the stage of making a draft of cooperation.  The audience closes with a Shared Photo.
