"FMIPA UNUD Participates in Technical Guidance Degree Preparation of Business Process Maps to Strengthen Integrity Zones"

`

The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) Udayana University (Unud) has taken part in Technical Guidance (Bimtek) for Preparing Business Process Maps on Friday, 12 July 2024. This activity is a follow-up to the results of the Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) of the Free Territory Integrity Zone. Corruption (ZI-WBK) Quarter I, where many deficiencies were found in filling out supporting documents, especially in the Management Arrangement Area.

The technical guidance will take place in the Nation Room, Rectorate Building, Floor III, Unud Jimbaran Campus, starting at 10.00 WITA. Invited participants include the ZI Faculty/Postgraduate Leadership (Chairman, Deputy Chairperson, and Secretary), as well as the Faculty/Postgraduate Management Area Manager and team members.

This technical guidance is very important to improve the team's understanding and abilities, in compiling a good business process map. And this can also make a significant contribution to efforts to create an Integrity Zone, especially in the FMIPA and University environment in the future.

During the BIMTEK activity, you were also instructed to bring a laptop. Because in BIMTEK, all participants will be asked and given education on how to install the Bizagi Modeler software before the activity starts. This software can be downloaded via the link provided in the activity invitation. And also this software plays a very important role in the ZI development process later.

Our hope is that through this Bimtek, all Udayana University ZI Development participants can gain the knowledge and skills needed to prepare a business process map that is comprehensive and in accordance with established standards. It is hoped that this activity can strengthen the efforts of FMIPA and the University in building Integrity Zones and improving the overall quality of governance.
