FMIPA Udayana University Explores Collaboration with Indobat Pharmacy for Establishment of Educational Pharmacy
Denpasar, Thursday, June 19, 2025 – The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) of Udayana University received a cooperation visit from Apotek Indobat, a pharmaceutical retail that has grown rapidly since it was founded in 2015 by Made Pramadana Jeger. The pharmacy, which initially only had 8 outlets, has now grown into a network with more than 32 outlets spread across Bali to West Nusa Tenggara.
The visit, which was held in the FMIPA environment, was directly attended by the founder of Apotek Indobat, Made Pramadana Jeger, and received by the Dean of FMIPA Prof. Ni Luh Watiniasih, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Planning, Coordinator of the Pharmacy Study Program, and Coordinator of UPIKS FMIPA.
This meeting discussed the strategic and technical plans in establishing the FMIPA Educational Pharmacy of Udayana University. This Educational Pharmacy is expected to be a means of learning and practical training for students, especially from the Pharmacy Study Program, as well as expanding the partnership network between the academic world and the pharmaceutical industry.
This collaboration is expected to be a positive initial step in developing the educational capacity and professionalism of FMIPA Unud graduates, as well as providing real contributions to society in the field of health services.
