FMIPA Udayana University and Sanata Dharma University Agree to Run Independent Student Exchange Program

Bukit Jimbaran, Monday, October 14, 2024 – The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) of Udayana University (Unud) enthusiastically welcomed the collaboration with Sanata Dharma University (USD) in the student exchange program. The official visit of three USD representatives to FMIPA Unud was held on Monday, October 14, 2024.


The arrival of the USD representatives was welcomed directly by the Dean of FMIPA Unud, Prof. Ni Luh Watiniasih, along with the team from FMIPA, including the Vice Deans, Head of the Mathematics Study Program, and representatives from MBKM FMIPA. In a friendly atmosphere, the two parties discussed in depth the implementation of the independent student exchange program which is expected to bring great benefits to students from both universities.


"We are very happy to be able to start this new step. This collaboration is not only about academics, but also about opening insights, expanding networks, and building relationships between students from two different environments," said Prof. Ni Luh Watiniasih enthusiastically. "Hopefully, this program can be a means for students to not only learn from the scientific side, but also from life experiences in different environments."


At this meeting, the cooperation agreement was officially signed by the Dean of FMIPA Unud and representatives of USD. This program opens the door for students to experience learning at other universities, enrich the quality of learning, and broaden their horizons.


This exchange program is expected to be a bridge connecting students from both universities to share knowledge, culture, and life experiences, and make real contributions to their academic and personal development.
