FMIPA SOP Preparation Meeting

Bukit Jimbaran, December 23, 2025 - The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) of Udayana University has held a Meeting to Prepare the Faculty's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), which took place in the Senate Room on the 1st Floor of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University.

The meeting was attended by the Vice Deans, the Head of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences SOP Team, the Administrative Coordinator, the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Sub-Coordinators, and members of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Integrity Zone Management Area Manager. This meeting aimed to develop and refine the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences SOPs as guidelines for implementing governance and administrative services within the faculty.

The meeting was held offline from 9:00–11:00 a.m. Central Indonesian Time. The meeting discussed various technical and substantive aspects of the SOPs to ensure compliance with laws and regulations and to support improved service quality and organizational accountability.

Through the implementation of this meeting, the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences of Udayana University is expected to be able to produce standardized, systematic, and implementable SOPs, so that it can strengthen effective, transparent faculty governance and be oriented towards improving the quality of academic and non-academic services.
