FMIPA Got Three Appreciations for Excellent Study Programs and a New Building at the UNUD 2021 Reflection

Welcoming the new year 2022, Udayana University holds a final 2021 reflection event offline from the Widya Sabha Building, Udayana University and online through the Udayana TV YouTube channel. The event at the end of 2021 was filled with giving appreciation to the performance of the community who in total contributed and supported and dedicated themselves to working hard together this year in advancing Udayana University and also conducting a review of activities that had not been achieved in 2017. 2021 so that in 2022 Udayana University can carry out all university targets well.


These awards include appreciation for outstanding students and their supervisors, delivery of international accreditation certification and Superior study programs, Unud Journal Ranking (UJAR) awards and management assistance, appreciation of the best and most news coverage for work units, awarding of awards to the Head of the Student Affairs Bureau (I Dewa Gede Oka, SE) who will enter his retirement period starting January 1, 2022, the signing of the new Building Inscription and the launching of several Information Systems by USDI.


UNUD Rector Prof. I Nyoman Gde Antara in a reflection at the end of this year said that of the eight Main Performance Indicators (IKU) of Udayana University in 2021 there were five KPIs that had been successfully achieved. The three KPIs that still haven't reached the target are a big job to be achieved in the following year. In the Strategic Plan Unud targets 80 percent of the achievement in budget performance and until now Unud has reached 81 percent. In 2021, Udayana University was able to achieve an A predicate in the Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP), Institution A Accreditation was again maintained and a conversion Supplementary Instrument  (ISK) will be submitted to achieve the Superior predicate which supports Unud towards a State University with Laws (BH) , and again won the title of Informative Public Agency from the Central Information Commission (KIP).


In addition to these achievements, Udayana University remains committed to achieving the predicate of the Corruption-free Regional Integrity Zone (WBK) and the Clean Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBBM) for work units, the Health Campus title from the Ministry of Health and efforts to create a Green Campus and a safe educational ecosystem. , convenient and integrated.


In 2021, UNUD has completed nine construction works, namely the continuation of the MIPA Faculty Building on the Denpasar Campus, the Engineering Laboratory Building, the rehabilitation of the Library Building, the Sudirman Campus Green Open Space, the renovation of the roof of the Widyasabha Auditorium Building, the CSSD and FASUM rooms at the PTN Hospital, fencing of land assets. Phase II, renovation of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry Lecture Building and arrangement of the courtyard, security post and forest of the Rectorate Building. Next year, the target for the construction of Student Dormitory and eight Deans at the Bukit Jimbaran Campus is expected to be completed. The Dean will be equipped with an adequate Koprodi Room and Lecturer Room.


Ending the 2021 Udayana University Reflection event, the Rector wished a Happy New Year 2022 to the entire academic community of Udayana University. Hopefully, in the new year, we can perform even better, and be able to achieve more so that the various programs that have been designed for 2022 can be realized and implemented properly.


Contacted separately, the Dean of FMIPA Dra. Ni Luh Watiniasih, M.Sc., Ph.D. expressed her appreciation and gratitude for all the facilities and support from Udayana University to the Mathematics and Natural Sciences Faculty. FMIPA as one of the major faculties at Udayana University has always been firmly committed to supporting all the policies and work programs of the Rector, working together to achieve Udayana University's IKU targets in the following years. All of the appreciations received by FMIPA on this occasion, namely the three appreciations of Superior accreditation for the Biology, Pharmacy, and Pharmacist Profession Study Programs are proof of the commitment and support of the entire FMIPA community to Udayana University. Watiniasih on that occasion also thanked the Rector of UNUD for the completion of the new FMIPA building on the UNUD Sudirman campus. This building is a building that has been long-awaited by FMIPA which will be used optimally to support the performance of FMIPA and Udayana University.






Not Forgetting Witiniasih also expressed her deepest gratitude to the entire FMIPA academic community because, with the extraordinary support from Faculty Leaders, Study Program Coordinators, Lecturers, Education Personnel, and Students, we were able to make FMIPA close the end of 2021 sweetly. As a final word, Watiniasih wished us a happy new year 2022, hopefully, in the new year, FMIPA can improve performance so that more achievements can be realized successfully.
