FMIPA direction and policy in MUSRENBANG FY 2023
Wednesday, March 23, 2022, located in the FMIPA Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, FMIPA Dean Building, the Planning and Development Consultation (MUSRENBANG) of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University, Fiscal Year 2023, with an agenda of explaining the direction of the Dean's policy and Distribution of Ceilings for the Fiscal Year 2023. The event was opened and guided by the Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University.
In the meeting attended by the Deputy Deans, Administrative Coordinators, Sub Coordinators, Study Program Coordinators, Head of UPIKS, Chair of UP2M, Chair of UP3M, Head of Cooperation Unit, Head of Lab. Integrated, Assistant Expenditure Treasurer, within FMIPA Udayana University At this meeting it was agreed that the explanation of the Dean's policy direction for the preparation of the work plan for the Fiscal Year 2023, was in accordance with Udayana University's RPAJP 2022, the Strategic Plan of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University for 2020-2024 and Key Performance Indicators already determined. The 2023 Budget Ceiling of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences is Rp. 4,590,224,000, from the amount of the budget ceiling, the research ceiling is set at Rp. 2,629,952,000, while the activity ceiling is Rp. 1,960,272,000. The distribution of the 2023 FY Budget Ceiling for each sub-unit within the MIPA Faculty of Udayana University has been in accordance with the Udayana University Chancellor's Regulation Number 1 of 2018 dated 26 February 2018 concerning the Proportion of Non-Tax State Revenue Funds within Udayana University.
The event was followed by a discussion between the meeting participants regarding strategies and constraints in the budget planning process. The meeting went well and smoothly.
There are some important things that can be obtained today:
- Description of the Dean's policy direction for the preparation of the work plan for the Fiscal Year 2023, in accordance with the RPAJP of Udayana University in 2022, the Strategic Plan of FMIPA Udayana University for 2020-2024 as well as the Main Performance Indicators that have been determined.
- The 2023 budget ceiling for FMIPA work units is Rp. 4,590,224,000, from the amount of the budget ceiling, the research ceiling is set at Rp. 2,629,952,000, while the activity ceiling is Rp. 1,960,272,000.
- For the research ceiling of young lecturers, it is hoped that more young lecturers of FMIPA Udayana University will submit research proposals for young lecturers. The more senior lecturers, so as not to force the young lecturers to become members of the research team in their proposals, thus closing the opportunity for young lecturers to submit their own proposals.
- Each study program is required to plan MBKM activities. The MBKM program is targeted to be followed by 30% of students, for that, every study program must encourage students to follow it.
- Planning for building and building expenditure by FMIPA in 2023. The new Dean's building will be used for faculty academic activities, leadership rooms, lecturer rooms and lecture rooms. Meanwhile, the postgraduate building on the Sudirman campus will be used for activities and lectures for postgraduate study programs in the FMIPA environment, and the business unit management room.
- Student activities are carried out by BEM and BPM FMIPA, to support the improvement of student achievement. Student activities include: entrepreneurship, KNMIPA, science projects, PILMAPRES, PORSENI, PKM.
- The distribution of the 2023 FY Budget Ceiling for each sub-unit within the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University has been in accordance with the Rector's Regulation of Udayana University Number 1 of 2018 dated 26 February 2018 concerning the Proportion of Non-Tax State Revenue Funds within Udayana University.
