"Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences UNUD and Unhas Strengthen Synergy Through Strategic Cooperation Visit"
Bukit Jimbaran, Thursday, April 17, 2025 - The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (MIPA) of Udayana University warmly welcomed a collaborative visit from the Faculty of MIPA, Hasanuddin University, Makassar. This visit was led directly by the Dean of the Faculty of MIPA Unhas, Dr. Eng. Amiruddin, M.Sc., accompanied by the Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs, Vice Dean for Planning, Resources and Alumni and supporting staff.
The group was officially received by the Dean of the Faculty of MIPA, Udayana University, Prof. Dra. Ni Luh Watiniasih, M.Sc., Ph.D., along with the Vice Deans and Coordinators of Internal Implementation Units such as UPIKS and UP2M as well as the Coordinators of the Masters and Doctoral Study Programs.
Intensive discussions took place regarding various important aspects such as new student admissions, academic and student management to financial arrangements in the Postgraduate Study Programs in both faculties. This meeting is a strategic moment to exchange experiences as well as explore opportunities for developing more innovative and quality postgraduate programs.
As the culmination of the visit, the signing of the Cooperation Implementation Arrangement was carried out which regulates the details of collaboration between the two faculties to strengthen synergy in the field of higher education.
This visit confirmed the joint commitment of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, UNUD and Unhas in improving the quality of postgraduate education in order to produce superior graduates who are ready to compete at the national and international levels.
