The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) at Udayana University conducted a Public Satisfaction Survey (SKM) for the second quarter (April–June 2026) as part of its ongoing efforts to evaluate and improve the quality of public services. Based on the survey results from 244 respondents, FMIPA Udayana University achieved a Public Satisfaction Index (IKM) score of 89.14, placing it in Category A (Very Good).
Among the nine service elements assessed, the "Service Cost/Tariff" element received the highest score at 3.83, followed by "Handling of Service Complaints" at 3.78. Meanwhile, "Service Speed" scored 3.41 and has been identified as the key area requiring primary attention during the subsequent service quality improvement initiatives.
These survey results serve as a basis for FMIPA Udayana University to continuously improve procedures, speed, facilities and infrastructure, staff competence, and other aspects of service delivery. FMIPA Udayana University remains committed to providing services that are professional, transparent, responsive, and oriented toward the needs of service users.
