ANNOUNCEMENT OF PUBLIC SATISFACTION SURVEY RESULTS (SKM)
FMIPA Services, Udayana University - Fourth Quarter of 2025
The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) of Udayana University announced the results of the Public Satisfaction Survey (SKM) regarding FMIPA services in the fourth quarter of 2025. Based on the survey data processing, the Public Satisfaction Index (SKM) was 88.89, which is in the GOOD category. This value indicates that service users are generally satisfied with the quality of service provided by FMIPA, Udayana University.
SME Development in 2025
The SKM results show a dynamic achievement of the SME score each quarter, with the highest score achieved in the third quarter of 2025 and maintained in the good category until the fourth quarter of 2025.

- Service Costs/Tariffs
- Service Product Suitability
- Service Implementer Competence
- Service Courtesy and Friendliness
- Service Facilities and Infrastructure Quality
- Complaints, Suggestions, and Feedback Handling
The results of this evaluation will serve as a basis for continuous improvement and enhancement of service quality, in order to achieve excellent, transparent, and accountable service within the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University.
